| The College Link Program (CLP) provides specialized support services, not covered by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program helps students who have been diagnosed with ASD transition and succeed in the higher education environment by leveraging their individual strengths to facilitate academic and social success. The CLP staff fosters student educational, career, social and independent living skills through creative and flexible approaches to individual needs.
This position involves coordinating aspects of the College Link Program. Under the guidance of the CLP Program Coordinator, this position coordinates CLP students’ academic advising participation, social outings and volunteer days, coach training, and University Educational Plans (UEPs). Additionally, this position entails analyzing the operational effectiveness of CLP and developing changes in service delivery models to better meet programmatic goals. |
