| The position is responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables and timelines, compiling and analyzing information, maintaining official documentation, and facilitating communication among diverse stakeholders. The incumbent exercises independent judgment in prioritizing assignments, interpreting policies and procedures, resolving administrative issues, and recommending process improvements to support operational effectiveness.
Serving as a central point of coordination, the Grants Coordinator collaborates with campus partners -including Facilities, academic departments, and Academic Affairs offices - and engages external stakeholders as appropriate to support advising initiatives and transfer pathway publishing. The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical ability, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. |
