| Looking for talented candidates for entry-level Solutions Engineer role in a dynamic team. This position supports the planning, designing, developing, implementing, administering, supporting, and upgrading software applications to support faculty, staff, and the University’s student success initiatives under the guidance of senior developers and the supervisor, when needed. This position contributes to the software development work across all stages of the software development lifecycle. Using programming language(s), assists in building custom software applications and online systems as well as assist in developing complex customizations. This position will help create the executable code, system functionality, and user interfaces that will be utilized by end users. The role will assist in developing programmed solutions based on defined requirements that meet business needs and objectives. Develops technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle. Automates custom software platform tasks and services through appropriate tools and scripting. This position is focused on supporting the Salesforce ecosystem or assigned software applications, including but not limited to CRM, Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Boomi, and more. This position also collaborates with senior developers, business systems analysts, project managers, and other team members to contribute to the overall software development process. |
