Inclusive Engagement Assistant

The Inclusive Engagement Assistant will support Inclusive Excellence by assisting with student services and programming at cultural centers and related initiatives, including the Jewish Life and Resource Center. Under close supervision, the incumbent will provide support for events, help with day-to-day tasks, and contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for diverse student populations.
The incumbent will assist in gathering basic information on student needs, helping with program logistics, and providing general support for student assistants and daily operations at the assigned cultural centers. Responsibilities may include helping students and staff plan and promote activities, sharing information about available campus resources, and offering general administrative support.
This entry-level role provides an opportunity to learn about student services work while developing skills in communication, organization, and inclusive programming. The position requires an interest in working with a diverse student body, a willingness to learn and follow established procedures, and a commitment to supporting a sense of belonging and student engagement on campus. |
