NAGPRA & Tribal Affairs Lead (Confidential Administrative Support III, Range III) - Office of the President San Francisco
The incumbent serves as the University’s principal liaison to Tribal governments and acts as the lead advisor on NAGPRA/CalNAGPRA implementation, consultation, and repatriation matters. This position ensures that the University’s engagement with Tribal Nations is culturally appropriate, legally compliant, and strategically aligned with CSU and federal policies. The officer operates with a high degree of discretion and independent judgment on sensitive matters, representing the Office of the President and Chief of Staff in communications with Tribal leaders, the CSU Chancellor’s Office, and government agencies.

Multiliteracy Outreach & Engagement Coordinator Channel Islands
Responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing outreach, engagement, and communication strategies to Writing & Multiliteracy Center (WMC) and Learning Resource Center (LRC) constituent groups to enhance campuswide participation in both center programs. Under the supervision of the WMC Directors or LRC appropriate administrator when related to LRC outreach, the role coordinates with campus units and other centers to embed WMC and LRC services, collects data and performs assessments to inform program enhancement. In addition, the role provides training, instruction and publicity regarding relevant technologies used by the WMC and oversees the maintenance and promotion of the multimedia studio. Coordinates Centers’ program recruitment, supports tutor education, analyzes student writing and communication needs to provide academic support, offers embedded support and materials as assigned by the WMC Director or designated administrator, and creates and delivers workshops and oral presentations in established formats.
