Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator San José
The Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator provides high-level administrative and programmatic support within a large and complex organizational unit. The role contributes to strategic planning, policy analysis, and operational coordination with broad campus impact. The incumbent serves as a key point of contact, manages sensitive information, and supports day-to-day administrative operations while exercising independent judgment in prioritizing work and advancing organizational goals.
Administrative Support Coordinator II - INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY Chico
This position, under general direction serves as the aide to the Department Chair but also works independently to provide essential front-line administrative support to a large academic department. Responsibilities include providing continuity and stability to the central department office; oversight of daily operations; coordination of all confidential personnel matters; scheduling courses; compiling faculty workload and related data; processing curriculum changes, as well as oversight and reconciliation of all aspects of the department budgets. Other duties include administrative, faculty and student support, advisory board and student organization support and public contact.
2026-27 Lecturer Pool Department of Anthropology Chico
The Anthropology Department in the College of Behavioral and Social Science is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2026-27 academic year. We seek to fill Anthropology courses level 100 through 400 and internships in our four subfields: Archaeology, Biological, Cultural and Museum Studies. Appointments from the lecturer pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term.

Executive Director of Development Pomona
The Executive Director of Development will report directly to the Associate Vice President for Development/Chief Development Officer and will manage a fundraising and donor stewardship portfolio to advance institutional philanthropic priorities. The Executive Director of Development will serve as the primary director of development for the College of Business and have oversight of directors of development for the following colleges/units: Engineering, Hospitality, Science, and University Library. The Executive Director for Development is one of two such positions. Both Executive Directors will be required to work in strategic partnership to build and implement the university's philanthropic agenda, as well as collaborate within and beyond University Advancement.
