| The ARC Program Coordinator reports to the project director of Access Retention and Community (ARC) housed in the College of Ethnic Studies. The ARC Program Coordinator will be working on Access Retention and Community (ARC) and will serve as a part of a cohesive, collegial team that is dedicated towards transfer student enrollment, retention and graduation in the College of Ethnic Studies. Under the direct supervision of the Director and in close collaboration with the Co-PI creates, implements culturally responsive student services and programming aimed at improving student engagement, retention, and graduation. In addition, the ARC Program Coordinator manages the AANAPISI grant. |

| Under general supervision, the Carpenter performs the full range of skilled journey-level carpentry and related work. Incumbents build, remodel, maintain, and repair a variety of structures and facilities, working from blueprints, specifications, drawings, and instructions. Work includes constructing, installing, and repairing woodwork, drywall, ceiling and floor tiles, roofing, cabinets, counters, shelves, partitions, doors, windows, and modular furniture. Carpenters also may instruct and provide lead direction to unskilled and semi-skilled assistants. |
