The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Director, CAPP to serve the objectives of the California Academic Partnership Program (CAPP) which includes developing cooperative intersegmental efforts to improve the academic quality of public secondary schools and the academic preparation of all students for success in college. CAPP focuses its efforts on high need areas including high schools and middle schools in low-income areas, geographically isolated schools, and student groups who are underrepresented in college. CAPP is administered by the CSU Office of the Chancellor, in cooperation with the University of California, the California Community Colleges, and the California Superintendent of Public Instruction. These cooperating organizations are represented on a statutorily required Advisory Committee. |
