Under the general direction of the Universal Creative Legal & Business Affairs department, the attorney will support Universal Creative’s projects by negotiating, drafting and interpreting complex commercial contracts, letter agreements, service contracts, licenses and other legal documentation, managing compliance and regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, and also by providing legal advice and support in the areas of clearances and agreements relating to talent, music, and the use of other creative assets necessary for the various projects. |
