As an Admissions Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of application and admissions processing across several UNSW faculties. You’ll lead, develop and support a team of up to eight Admissions Officers, ensuring high quality service, accurate assessments and smooth workflows throughout the admissions cycle.
This role reports to the Manager, Admissions Operations (Postgraduate). This is a permanent full-time role.
Main Responsibilities (Summary)

Lead, coach and develop a team of Admissions Officers, managing daily and peak-period workload within an environment that promotes respect, accountability, quality service and facilities, and fosters initiative and innovation.
You bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high quality service. You’ll also have:
Candidates will need to have valid working rights – this role is not available for sponsorship. The role is hybrid – Monday to Friday. We’d expected the successful candidate to work over the end of the year shutdown.
