We are seeking a customer service professional with administrative and computer skills to oversee a portfolio of Aged Care Customers receiving in-home care.
In this role, you will engage with our customers over the phone to conduct assessments, source domestic service assistance and other types of personal care, and coordinate programs and social outings.
You will also liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer's individual care plans and services are followed timely and accurately. You will be comfortable in managing customer issues and finding solutions to unexpected challenges that arise.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating customer services in a fast-paced environment
Conducting customer assessments and confirming appointments
Managing customer database
Multi-tasking competing stakeholder priorities at one time
Developing and strengthening relationships with stakeholders
Skills and experience required:
Previous customer service and administration experience
Strong communication and influencing skills with a friendly and clear phone manner
Positive problem-solver with a passion for helping people
Attention to detail, strong time management skills and confident using computer systems
Ideally, you will have experience working in the health, aged care or community services industry.
