This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned people leader to join KinCare - KinCare is one of Australia’s largest providers of in-home aged care services and we have successfully served the community for over 25 years!

The role is responsible for:

  • Leading our Customer Care Function to drive business outcomes and KPI’s
  • Driving a customer centric culture
  • Leading people through ambiguity 
  • Ensuring strong clinical pathways are in place

You will apply your customer centric approach and effective team engagement and coaching skills to drive the growth of our people and our business and ensure ongoing success through your inspiring, engaging and collaborative leadership style.

Skills and experience required:

  • People leadership experience with ideally a nursing or allied health registration  
  • Engaging, collaborative and inspiring leadership style
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong problem solver and commercially-minded
  • Strong resilience and change management skills
