This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business leader to join our high performing WA Operation at KinCare, based in our Perth CBD office.

KinCare is one of Australia’s largest providers of in-home aged care services and we have successfully served the community for over 25 years!

The State Manager will be responsible for leading our business in WA, managing our Customer Care Function to drive business outcomes and KPI’s. You will lead four Customer Care Managers, a Clinical Team Leader and our field nurses and allied health staff.

  • Leading your teams through ambiguity

Skills and experience required:

  • Extensive people/team leadership experience with a background in health or allied health
  • Engaging, collaborative and inspiring leadership style
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong problem solver and commercially-minded
  • Strong resilience and change management skills
