12 month full-time role working regular business hours
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support the rostering and allocation of our staff to provide in-home care services to our customers in NSW.
You will take a commercial view, ensuring travel and cost efficiencies, while balancing the needs of our customers’ requirements and preferences.
You will work with our Operations Team to develop and execute efficient schedules and respond to ad-hoc requests and changes.

Skills and experience required:
Experience in staff rostering / scheduling in a fast-paced geographically dispersed environment
Solid problem-solving and prioritising skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Resilient, calm under pressure and able to adapt to change and manage competing demands
Solid computing skills and experience with scheduling systems (Schedulo/Salesforce desirable)
