We are seeking a candidate with customer service and administration experience to support our program coordination team, who look after a portfolio of in-home aged care (CHSP) customers.
The Coordinators engage with our customers over the phone to conduct assessments, source domestic service assistance and other types of personal care, and coordinate programs and social outings.
They liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer's care plans and services are followed timely and accurately, and troubleshoot any issues and find solutions to unexpected challenges that arise.
You will undertake activities including the above as well as have responsibility for other administration tasks in our Notting Hill office in this 12 month maternity leave cover role, working a 9 day fortnight.
Skills and experience required:
Previous customer service and coordination experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Friendly, warm and clear phone manner with ability to remain calm under pressure
Positive problem-solver with a passion for helping people
Strong attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills
Experience using a customer database or online CRM tool
