This is a key opportunity for an experienced Policy and Compliance Professional to join our growing company and make a positive difference in the lives of our customers.

Kincare is one of Australia’s largest providers of in-home aged care, allied health and disability services and our goal is to enhance our customers’ quality of life and support them to remain independent and living at home.

This position enhances the customer experience through the implementation and management of an effective quality and compliance system that identifies and reports risks related to quality, safe, and appropriate customer care.

The role is pivotal in:

  • overseeing and leading quality processes and improvement initiatives
  • ensuring consistency of policies and procedures
  • providing oversight of risk management
  • ensuring legislative compliance
  • embedding an ‘audit ready’ organisational approach

Role requirements include:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in the facilitation and implementation of quality management systems including internal audit and document management
  • Advanced written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of policies, protocols and work practices
  • Strong investigation, audit, project and change management skills and experience
  • Well-developed IT skills and computer literacy
  • Driver’s licence, a vehicle and ability to travel as required 

Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard will be highly regarded.
