The role:

We have an exciting opportunity for someone keen to develop their HR Career in a dynamic, fast-paced role.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will be the first point of contact for managers and employees for HR policies, processes, oonboarding and any ad-hoc queries. Working within a small HR team you will gain exposure working across HR projects and business initiatives, organising and facilitating training whilst also assisting in relation to all aspects of the employment lifecycle.  In addition to this, a typical day in the role may consist of:

  • Initiating and verifying compliance documentation such as police checks and Vevo checks
  • Generating contracts and letters
  • Providing guidance and training on HR processes, workflow, and relevant systems
  • Setting up new employee profiles and on boarding
  • Managing a HR inbox
  • Being a liaison within stakeholders across the business notably Payroll and HR

About you:

  • Excellent administration and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt effectively to change                                   
  • Excellent attention to detail   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganised and efficient
  • Self-starter, with a proactive approach
  • A relevant qualification in human resources
  • Experience in providing timely responses with integrity and quality
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external clients
  • Ability to work autonomously and across broad teams
