The role:

In this recently created rewarding and varied Team Leader role, you will focus on supporting and mentoring new starters and existing members in your team. You will work closely with the Sales team to identify growth areas in your region and act as backup Sales Customer Care Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will also manage your own customer caseload of Transpac customers to help them transition safely and seamlessly from the hospital to their homes.

As part of your superior case management, you will also be managing customer's budgets as well as connecting professionally with external organisations to serve the customer's best interests. Your week will be spent out on the road around a geographical area while the rest of your time will be spent in our Bella Vista office liaising closely with our internal teams and other Team Leaders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

Skills and experience required:

  • Ideally a National Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent for an Allied Health professional
  • Previous case management experience and knowledge of either the Community/Disability/Aged Care system/ Transpac and care packages
  • Exceptional customer service, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor a team
  • Strong organisation and time management skills - a real self starter
  • Excellent ability to connect with multiple stakeholders and think commercially
  • Strong computer skills and articulate communication skills
  • Thrive on high attention to detail, strong resilience and working under pressure
  • A current valid driver's licence
