The role:

Based in our Bella Vista office, your role will manage a portfolio of CHSP customers and coordinate government-funded care services over the phone.  This will involve conducting assessments, coordinating programs, sourcing domestic service assistance, social outings and other types of personal care.  You will also liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer's individual care plans and services are followed timely and accurately. This is a full time fixed term position for six months.

You will be comfortable in managing a customer calls and finding solutions to unexpected challenges that arise.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • An ability to manage a customer information database
  • Coordinate customer services in a fast-paced environment
  • Conducting customer assessments and confirming appointments over the phone
  • Multi-task several competing stakeholder priorities at the one time
  • Liaise, strengthen and develop relationships with different stakeholders

Skills and experience required:

  • Similar experience in Health Care, Aged Care, Medical Reception, Hospital ward clerk or Community Services industry
  • Strong communication, confident phone manner and exceptional customer service skills
  • Superior attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
  • Exceptional problem solving ability and a passion for helping people
  • Ability to work efficiently and prioritise work under pressure
  • Experience using a customer database or online CRM tool
  • A friendly, warm phone manner with an ability to work with an established fast paced team.
