We are seeking a Maintenance Trade Assistant to join the Mardie Delta FM team on a FIFO 14&14 Days Only roster. This is a full time permanent opportunity with ongoing works. You'll be joining a team of approximately 10, with 5 trades on each swing. You'll have a permanent room and a back to back team member.

$90,889 Gross Per Year + Super

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
• Typical work day includes working on planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, fault finding troubleshooting including test, tag, isolating etc
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable

THE PERSON

• Current WA Electrical Unrestricted Licence or working towards
• Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card, CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical Including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport
