The Position

• Present incredibly nutritious, safe and healthy meals
• Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
• Some simple food preparation and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary working space
• Some dishes and kitchen clean up
• Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times

The Person

• 2+ years experience in hospitality in an allergen and dietary aware environment
• Experience making barista coffee
• Able to use own initiative to improve results and exceed expectations
• Talent and drive to work unsupervised and to be self motivated
• Excellent knowledge of safe kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
• Able to hold a Working With Children Check
