What does the job look like?

Linfox is proud to partner with Australia’s leading Resources and Industrial businesses, delivering specialised logistics with care and commitment. We’re on the lookout for a motivated Site Administrator to join our Dulux operation in Marsden Park.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you’ll be the administrative heartbeat of the site, helping ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and proactive support across warehousing and transport functions. If you're a confident communicator with a knack for detail, organisation and systems, this could be your next move. Key Areas:

  • Managing customer service enquiries and maintaining clear records
  • Invoicing customers daily and weekly across both transport and warehousing
  • Coordinating domestic and international export orders (including air, sea, and road)
  • Creating and processing shipping documentation, pallet transfers, manifests and M041As
  • Supporting the team with data entry, filing, archiving, and system updates
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Championing Linfox’s safety standards and values in everything you do

Are you the one?

You can demonstrate:

  • Prior experience in transport or warehousing administration
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and ideally RF systems
  • An eye for accuracy, with strong time management and organisational skills
  • The confidence to build rapport with stakeholders and respond proactively to changing needs
  • A customer-first attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
