About the Opportunity
ASC is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Advisor to join the Corporate Quality Assurance Team in both WA and SA. These roles are responsible for assisting ASC in maintaining certification against ISO9001, ISO45001 ISO14001, ISO55001 and compliance to legislative, regulatory and other compliance obligations. The role of the Quality Assurance Advisor is to provide assurance to the organisation that systems, processes and suppliers can sustainably meet or exceed customer requirements.
To be considered for this opportunity it is imperative that one must display expert knowledge across the following competencies.
Demonstrated experience in conducting internal and supplier audits against legislative, standard and contractual requirements
Demonstrated experience in supplier quality assurance auditing, including source inspection and witnessing/verification of various production tasks
Expertise with facilitating and supporting a commercial business in understanding, implementing and closing associated non-conformance and improvement recommendations
Demonstrated expertise in undertaking Quality projects and activities
Experience across reporting, managing and following up outcomes of audits, investigations and reviews to facilitate corrective action and improvements
Demonstrated expertise in assessing results of quality inspections and tests to assure compliance with the specified technical requirements.
Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, SharePoint and Microsoft suite.
Our ideal candidate will have a Lead Auditor Qualification along with comprehensive knowledge and experience in the audit of integrated business management systems. You will have experience in supplier quality assurance engagement and will be an effective problem solver with the ability to interpret inspection results and promptly assess compliance where required. To be considered for this opportunity, we do require a confident, self-motivated individual who is an active hands-on member of the Quality Team and can also display exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities as well outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Local and interstate travel is expected and a required component of this position.
