Assist in the development of detailed investigator-initiated research protocols and ensure feasibility and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. IRB, FDA regulations). Manage data collection and assist in basic statistical analysis, as well as train research team members, learners, and volunteer study staff. Disseminate research findings through prepared presentations, executive summaries, and reports. Perform periodic monitoring on data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in the management and coordination of clinical trials including protocol review, site selection, budget creation, and regulatory submission preparation and submission. Coordinate and oversee participant recruitment including the informed consent process, data collection, performance of study activities, as well as quality and safety monitoring during the clinical trial. Study activities include but are not limited to study subject interviews and questionnaire completion, study visits scheduling and clinical procedures performance (i.e. conducting a physical exam, obtaining vital signs, collecting biological specimens, administering study medications and interventions, etc.). Coordinate, prepare, and participate in scheduled monitor visits. Oversee the planning, execution, and management of interventional and observational research studies, including the development of projects, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate projects within a large network of international, national, and university collaborators to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Facilitate frequent communication between stakeholders including sponsors, investigators, collaborators, and departments.
