Job Description:
The Nurse Clinician- LPN shall provide clinical care to people living with or affected by HIV through phone triage, and physician/practitioner directed care with the objectives of 1) monitoring the health of the clients, 2) fostering adherence to medication regimens and 3) maintaining the clients in health care.
Minimum Qualifications:
• State of Ohio LPN license required.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Recent clinical experience in the care of people living with HIV preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
• Previous experience with phlebotomy preferred.
• Recent clinical experience in the care of people living with HIV preferred.
• Experience with mental health and substance use treatment preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources for children and families preferred.
