Must have thorough knowledge of NCAA, GLIAC and University rules and excellent communication skills. Five years of effective coaching and recruiting at the collegiate, professional or major high school level. Must exhibit sound leadership qualities with clear and effective communication skills both orally and written. Must have experience in recruiting, player development and roster management. |
