Are you passionate about teaching and helping students succeed in business? The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to deliver engaging instruction in Business courses, using innovative teaching methods to reach a diverse student population.

Engaging Instruction with Purpose:
- Teach assigned courses in accordance with CWI catalog descriptions

- Hold regular office hours to support student success

- Monitor and record student progress accurately

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Business or related field from an accredited institution
- Postsecondary teaching experience preferred (3+ years ideal)
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for in-person, online, and hybrid formats
- Proficiency with technology tools, including LMS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Commitment to professional growth and student success
- Reliable transportation for travel between campuses
Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
