The Opportunity
Are you passionate about cutting-edge biomedical research and eager to make a real impact on children’s health? Join the Jaffré Group as a Research Officer, where you’ll contribute to ground-breaking studies on congenital heart defects and cardiomyopathies in children with rare genetic disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and advanced laboratory experiments supporting research projects
- Collect, analyse, and present research data
- Assist in publications, reports, and presentations
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Work closely with postdoctoral scientists and the Principal Investigator
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or relevant experience
- Experience with cell culture, stem cells, or hiPSCs (preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for scientific discovery and translational research
